Shipping Information

All our orders are fulfilled via courier.  In the UK, orders placed by midday are delivered the following day, otherwise please allow up to 48 hours for delivery.  For the rest of the world, please allow up to 5 days for delivery.

For deliveries outside the UK, import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check the import charges applicable in your country before ordering products.

UK: Free
Europe: £9.95
Rest of World: £17.95

Track Orders

All orders are fully tracked with proof of delivery.  We will keep you posted of your delivery window via text if we have your mobile number.  If you would like us to notify you of your delivery timing, please register your details with us before placing your order.

Amend an order

We aim to ensure you are entirely happy with your order. If you would like to amend your order after placing it, you can do so within 12 hours of your order being placed, subject to the products not already been sent. To amend or cancel your order, please email us at customerservice@nyasalondon.com, stating  your order number, name and address and contact details, and products ordered.  

Returns Policy

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please return the unused products to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will give you a full product refund.  Unless you have an allergic reaction, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any opened, damaged or used products or any products that are not in a condition for resale.  If the sale is refundable, we will refund you via your original payment method as soon as possible.  Please return products to: Nyasa Westex Team, 7 St Andrews Way, London, E3 3PA.
